Every time I see a young couple with a child in the back seat of an EV I worry. Any wreck is scary but with the additional risk of fire these cars are so dangerous. The adults may get out but the intense heat from these fires seriously limits the time you have. Will they have time to save their child? If adults want to virtue signal fine but don’t subject an innocent child to your mental health issues. My brother in law is a first responder and the stories are tragic.
Very well stated. When the government subsidizes something, that means people don't really want it and it has to be foisted upon them.
