Talk: Socialism is Systemic Misery by Design
Suffering is the point.
I was honored to speak to high school students at the Young America’s Foundation (YAF) Constitution Week in Washington, D.C. In this talk, I addressed widespread assertions that "real socialism hasn’t been tried" or "what happened in the Soviet Union and China wasn’t socialism."
The truth is, socialism has failed everywhere it was implemented, regardless of cultures, languages, and locations. Socialism is systemic misery by design, and suffering is the point. The most frightening part is that America is marching toward it as I speak.
